According to my own observations, there are extreme differences in office climate preferences.Especially in public institutions.

Some  like it hot and some like it cold. Meanwhile others like it extreme hot, while others like it extreme cold.

I think the above has a huge impact on the performance of the concerned parties, consequently the company is affected. What is the room temperature? What is fresh air?
